Learn to relax, loosening and warming exercises using the Shibashi movements. No previous experience required. Open to all age groups. This ancient exercise art form renders our thinking lucid and brings peacefulness feeling and a wonderful sense of tranquillity enhancing body and mind connection. The slow soft and gentle movements of taiji develops balance, coordination, stability and centering.
