  • It is perfect for those who suffer from stress or the effects of poor posture, joint problems or those recuperating from illness. For the perfectly healthy, it is an ideal exercise to make sure they stay that way and as a sport to take to retirement.
    Note: Please check with your GP/Physio before participating in Tai Chi classes.
