T’ai Chi offers the way to relaxation. It is a health system that restores balance to the individual through a harmonization of mind, body and spirit. Through a connection of both mind, body and spirit there develops a feeling of wholeness and well-being. All these are done through gentle flowing, relaxing routines, non vigorous and without the need to strain & stress – just letting go.
